At Flo & Frankie, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Complete the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.

  Processing

  Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
